How to use KLISYRI®(tirbanibulin):
Dosing & Administration

KLISYRI®, SHORT TREATMENT COURSE WITH JUST 5 DAYS OF TREATMENT1

HOW TO ADMINISTER KLISYRI®

KLISYRI® is applied to the affected field on the face or scalp once daily for 5 consecutive days1

Treatment should be initiated and monitored by a physician

Treatment should be applied at approximately the same time each day

Do not apply more than once a day

A thin layer of ointment should be applied to cover the treatment field of up to 25cm1

Before application, patients should wash their hands and wash the treatment field with mild soap and water and dry it

The treated area should not be bandaged or otherwise occluded

Washing and touching of the treated area should be avoided for ~8 hours after application

Each sachet is for single use only and should be discarded after use

If a dose is missed, apply ointment and continue with the regular schedule1

However, the ointment should not be applied more than once a day

Evaluate therapeutic effect 8 weeks after treatment cycle started or thereafter1

Re-evaluate treatment and management if complete clearance is not achieved at follow-up

Available in single-use sachets.1

CONTRAINDICATIONS1

Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients

WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS1

Avoid contact with eyes: in case of accidental contact, rinse eyes with plenty of water and seek medical care

Do not ingest: in case of accidental ingestion, drink plenty of water and seek medical care

Do not apply to inside of the nostrils or ears, or on the lips

Do not apply to skin unhealed from previous treatments or procedures or to open wounds or broken skin

Local skin reactions may occur: treatment effect may not be adequately assessed until resolution of local skin reactions

Avoid excessive exposure to sunlight

Use with caution in immunocompromised patients

Manage clinically atypical lesions for AK or suspicious for malignancy

Propylene glycol may cause skin irritation
